Haha ok have to admit, Poly 50 was a fun moment. I went from virtually knowing 1 guy from my CCA to know a bunch of seniors. Best part, made the vice-president buy me milo!!!! THX MILO-GIRL!!! =P
Nonsensical day really. Enjoyed it totally. Sadly I broke Afifah's pink hairband that day. Felt completely lost. Hais such is life I guess.
School'l been loads better. Coping with DBMS fairly well. Love WCD. Putting in hell of an effort for my Visual Design. Clueless about ISEC & I'm grateful that the NOS teacher bothered to help us out for MSTs. Of course class been the usual crazy self.
Interestingly I completely lost it today & nearly got myself into a bloody fight. Very thankful my bros were doing all they can to slow me down & calm down. No idea what came over me though. A red mist effect if you will.
Guess I'm just fucking sick & tired of people taking advantage & bullying of her, even if it's her friends.
Screw this. She's not my girl. Got no bloody authority to be angry any ways.

My computer crashed 2 weeks ago.
Today I celebrate a revival....
Totally happy right now.
Congrats to Germany for their 3rd place finish, yet again. & pity to Miroslav Klose, who missed out the chance to score 2 more goals to better Ronaldo's 15 at the World Cup. His 14 goals in 3 World Cup Finals (2002,2006,2010) equalled Gerd Muller's 14(1974 & 1978).

Recently been playing Diablo 2 to prelude myself to Diablo 3. & I must say, World of Warcraft's winning formula came from this game.
For a 1990s game, the cinematics & gameplay are well done.
Can't wait for Diablo 3....
& Germany took down England 4-1. Stunning really.

Uruguay vs Ghana (Can Ghana do yet another upset?)
Germany vs Argentina (& there will be red cards in this match)
Brazil vs Holland (Samba football vs Total football)
Spain vs Paraguay (Will Villa fire his way yet again?)

Germany face a high profile clash against England in the Round of 16. Just great. I'll bet that it will end 0-0 & the Germans win it on penalties again. Hopefully Podolski won't miss.
Anyways Italy & France have crashed out. Possibly Spain might join them if they lose out or draw with Chile. The Swiss must secure a better result than the Spanish to secure a last 16 berth. Honduras should prove no major problems for Hitzfeld's side though
South Korea & Japan somehow progressed to the next round. Well done Asians!!

Anyways 11 more days to FIFA World Cup 2010 South Africa. Praying for a Die Mannschaft master class. Though against the likes of Samba boys Brazil & the undeniably strongest team in the world Spain, one wonders what the "Tournament Team" can do?
Of course England expects. England always expects....& fail

Lately to get my mind off Friday (Damn it I remembered!) , I've been reading sports articles on ESPNsoccernet. & I came across this particular article.

Immediately you think, why on Earth would United let Ronaldo go? But lets move away from the English perspective & move to the German viewpoint.
In the last few years there have been loads of high profile Bundesliga-to-Premier League/La Liga moves. Bayern's Ballack to Chelsea, HSV's Van Der Vaart to Real. & yet when you want to think of a EPL/La Liga - to - Bundesliga move, you simply can't. The most high profile moves were Chelsea's Pizarro to Werder (who used to play for Bayern), De Jong to Man City from HSV & Voronin of Liverpool to Hertha Berlin.
Gentle reminder: They were only loan moves.
It seems that the Bundesliga & Ligue 1 have lost their pride. Just once I would actually want to see German clubs fight to keep their star players. It's almost ridiculous that everytime the Bundesliga creates a star player, he's off to the La Liga or EPL the next season. It's no wonder Germany fares so "well" in UEFA Champions League knockout stages. For the record, currently only Bayern are in the competition.
The entire Bundesliga is becoming a nonsensical feeder league to Spain & England. No wonder the league standard has fallen. Why? Simply because French, German, Dutch & Portuguese clubs are totally less successful than their English or Spanish counterparts. It's like the clubs give their players little or no reason for them to stay. It seems that Bayern & their associates have lost their bloody pride in themselves.
In Football Manager, clubs are ranked according to national, continental & world-wide. In the Bundesliga, only Bayern are ranked continental. I dare not say anything about the French or Dutch clubs.
& for the record, I'm sick & tired of English, Italian or Spanish clubs buying their way to success. Disagree if you want, but the reality is that 3/4s of most of their squad aren't even associated to England, Spain or Italy respectively. Most of them have line-ups totally based on foreigners (notably from Germany, France, Holland or Brazil)
Why on Earth is there a lack of fight amongst what I would brand them as high-profile, totally well-known but sadly feeder clubs? I shall never understand.
& though Ribery's "move" to United is probably misquoting, it raises issues of the deteriorating league standards in France, Germany & many other European countries.
It's like there's no point in even calling the Bundesliga, Ligue 1 & many others a 1st Division league.
Most Singaporeans may never understand where I coming from, due to our British history & biasness to the English Premier League. But I'm sure out there in cyberspace, there are some of you who understand my concerns & reservations.
At least I do dare to say I'm a Bayern Munich fan with utmost pride. Sadly, some players might think differently.
At least that was a nice change from my usual weeping state. God bless Friday!

Feeling like crap.
Sad to say despite all my positive thinking, I don't really have much chance at the As. Doing all sorts of Geog, Econs, Chem, Maths etc especially in the morning. Dunno if it's working...
Sister scolded me for playing FM 2008. Said that she didn't see me study. She doesn't get the fact that...
1) I despise studying in the afternoon, makes me sleep.
2) I wanna go polytechnic after my As
3) I love studying in the mornings DAMMIT!!!
4) I don't really care about my As...to me it's just a testament of my idiocy in life.
Economics essay was WTH seriously. Tried to write but failed. Trying again tommorrow. Chemistry P2 of YJC finishing soon. By tommorrow likely.
Revising Stats as well.
Should make a sign for myself, "Disturb me & you'll die a horrible death"
Then people won't harrass me....
PS Germany 2-1 Russia. & I don't understand England fans at all. I'll be thrilled with 3 points no matter how the points were earned in the first place.

I haven't got a clue why but my previous post wasn't published. Anyways smack after 2 days of Prelims. Geography was a 50-50 thing while Chemistry Paper 3 was doable(HOPE I PASS MAN) while Economics Essay was a bummer. Didn't finish a single essay. All without conclusions & 5b was without a rebuttal point. Sian...
On to football...
Philipp Lahm will win a 50th international cap at the age of 24 years and ten months. To put that achievement into perspective, the three most-capped players in German football history, Lothar Matthäus, Jürgen Klinsmann and Jürgen Kohler, had reached 36, 12, and 32 caps respectively at the same age. It could even have been more for Lahm had he not missed the whole of 2005 with injury. “Obviously I’m delighted,” the defender observed, “it’s not the kind of thing you achieve in passing. Naturally, the best thing would be for us to win the game too.“
This left-back will surely outstrip even mighty Lothar Matthäus who had 150 caps to his name. Totally awesome!

When you see videos like this, the only thing you can ever ask yourself is how? How in the world do they do this? How in the world was this even possible. To animate a frost wyrm like that is impossible. To animate a being like the Lich King is insanely unthinkable. The magic moment in Tuesday’s meeting between Bayern Munich and a Germany XI, a match held in tribute to Oliver Kahn, came when veteran referee Markus Merk whistled for a substitution on 75 minutes. I went and deleted most of my posts as I believe that blogging should not be just a diary of daily activities, but rather penning(typing) of thoughts.
So this week is my one week holiday after which is Prelim 2. & I've quite discovered a side that I never knew. Much like Ichigo's inner hollow, my inner self is also totally different from what I'm usually like. If you read my Inner Hollow post, you would understand. If not, let me tell you a story.
As many would have known, I have a low standing in my class which was quite alright really. But they incurred my wrath when I found out about some issues, childish & yet true somewhat. As well as things which were totally unfounded, in my eyes. & so I swore to make them pay, I sought revenge, I sought retribution upon these miserable people. I wanted them to feel my pain. & then came Monday...

"I thought you wanted to rembak him if he ever stepped into the court"
& then it struck me. Did I really seek what I mentioned earlier. I realised that subconsiously, I was being totally friendly with him. In school it was like if he got hit by a car, I would be all "don't make your problem my problem". In that court however, I was being totally nice, even striking up stupid conversations with him. I was treating him how I usually did, give him the look...let him run up like siau...throw the ball to him & scream at him if he lost it 1s later.
Do I really know myself? Did I even realise my inner hollow, my nicer self, had prevented me from inflicting pain upon him? Did I realise that I was treating him like a friend.
No I did not.

Though the game ended 1-1 when Piotr Trochowski fired home a Bastian pass while Klose pulled one back, the scoreline didn't matter. This was a game about a legend, a hero of Germany. He who single-handedly led Germany to 2nd place in the 2002 World Cup. He who inspired Bayern to Champions League glory in 2001. No, Oliver Kahn will never be rivalled. He would go down in football folklore as a goalkeeping hero.

Right today's Day One of Prelims. & I must say it's been going horrendously wrong. Initially I could handle Maths. Then came question 3. Totally for that particular instant I forgot how to do it. Panicking now, I moved on. Here's the problem, when I panick...It all goes downhill. Econs was a big improvement. Handled Market Structure well but stumbled a bit for Macro Case Study.
I have the day off tommorrow, which will be devoted to revisiting Chemistry. I can't believe I didn't finish Organic Chemistry yet! Never mind then...Chem tommorrow after which it's full speed into Maths Stats & Geography. But I don't feel too worried about Geography nor Stats. Though NEED TO BRUSH UP ALOT!!!!!
& NOT PANICK!!! DAMMIT!!!
I dunno why but I realised that I have blogged for 5 consecutive days. I guess it's all the football going on. But seriously, I NEED to stop blogging like this. It's crazy really. Only crazy people do this sort of stuff.
Anyways read Bleach & this new manga..Absolute Boyfriend. Read one chapter..swore never to read it again. Such a masculine-degrading manga. Went back to Eyeshield & D Gray Man.
& someone made me laugh accidentally. It's been a long time since I laughed...
& I'm worried about a little girl who is sitting for her Os this year. Why won't she open up to us remains a mystery. I have no honest idea why am I so worried about her...

& on to football. Portugal vs Germany. Rematch of the 3rd-place showdown? Scolari claims stopping Ballack is the key while Bierhoff claims Ronaldo is Portugal's man. Worse of all, no Joachim Loew on the bench. I honestly think it was a STUPID mistake. He didn't do anything wrong. Guess have to respect UEFA's decision.
Personally, I hope Cristiano Ronaldo breaks his legs & Podolski fires home the winning goal for Germany. 3-1 again!
