Angry?

This is what he actually said...

"We defend Singapore and Singaporeans, because we are the stakeholders of our country - and our families, our homes and our futures are here. No foreigner can feel the same way. We may help to ensure the safety of foreigners who are here in time of conflict, but we are not defending their families or futures. We are defending ours and that will never change"


In my opinion the best way to deal with a state that doesn't care for its people..is to remove the state. When social injustice becomes the justice, the state has to go. And I still believe that is the right thing to do.

But there is a proper way to start a revolution. One that does not involve senseless violence, death and general crap basically.

And Temasek Review is doing a "wonderful" job at inciting hate, anger and stupidity among Singaporeans with brilliantly screenshot pictures like the one shown below. And yes I was angry at first. But after getting clarification, you can't help but wonder if there are idiots out there in the media asking for an arrow to the knee.

So please fellow Singaporeans, do not let a few idiots cloud your judgement. Yes we have way too many foreigners but there is a proper way to tackle the problem. Our government isn't great but they've been at it for 30-35 years? They ought to know how to run a bloody country. And if they're not performing to your expectations, vote for someone else. That's what elections are for.

Democracy isn't perfect. But it is the "standard" form of governance in the world right? This despite its glaring problems.

And just for the record, I despise Mr Teo for his ridiculous reply to the student. "What do you think?" Idiotic level infinite. Nor am I pro government.

I just sensible.
