Mum, being mum, chose to disappoint us at the last moment & cancelled on us.
Sister got influenced. Refuses to visit now.
Is it so fucking wrong for me to have a proper Hari Raya, with all the visiting, the typical Malay gatherings, Kuih Tarts & chocolates.
Is it so wrong to be happy?
Actually I would have invited my classmates & my friends over.
But my class...haha I want to laugh out loud really.
At least got Justin & Alex coming. & Dad as well.

Ok someone please tell me how Bayern lost...again???
How the hell did the best side, the most expensive side in Germany lose...again?? It's like a total joke. They played Ribery as a sub. Fail to bring in Lucio & why on earth play Van Bommel? He shouldn't even be on the field, let alone be the captain of the team. At this rate, Kilnsmann will get fired at the end of the year.
Still sick, still bored, still tied down with homework. Honestly feeling like crap. The only good thing is that on Tuesday evening, I can start cursing like a bloody pirate because no more fasting. In the meantime...f&%@#$@&#%@##$u@&$@$@%$!#c&@&$k
& F1 this weekend, no idea who won (not that I care, I'm no fan) but I guess Singapore is all hyped up about a sport that isn't even popular here (compared to all-mighty EPL) Guess it's all just a hype...sure will die down.
& it's becoming a hobby of mine to go to youtube and watch past cinematics. Guess it's inspiration for the Arts, Design & Media dream of mine at NTU.
Should be familliar, Advent Children's Cloud vs Sephiroth scene.
Crisis Core: Angael & Genesis vs Sephiroth.
Okays Ciao people.
My God this is a long post.

By the way, I think the singer looks like a total wierdo. I guess only the song is nice. Plus it's where my blog URL came from!
& I've deleted my previous post. I don't need to be reminded of my misery at all. & I've got to realise there's a whole world out there, waiting to be explored, waiting to be experienced. There's a whole different bunch of people out there, ready to know the real me.
But my resolve hasn't changed. It's all about my A levels & finding my peace with them, especially her.
I've found my peace with one of them. The rest is really a lack of trust.
You could say I'm a sensitive guy. True. The smallest things make a difference. A simple smile or hello could make my day. Even a little chat would brighten up my day. Yet at the same time, not looking at me or ignoring me does hurt alot. But no, I'll never cry. Because there are things much more worst to cry over than this.
Sensitivity, a blessing & a curse.
PS: Anthea, thanks for the chat today. & the only reason why I don't share my problems is because I don't want you or anyone else to worry about me.
& I hope Bayern Munich finds their resolve to win again in their next match!

Was I a fool???
To believe the class would be okay with me again...
That she wouldn't like hate me so much...
That she would like me a tiny bit...
Just by giving that miserable necklace, which I also didn't pick.
I guess I am a stupid fool...
But it wasn't wrong to hope right?
Today's soccer was insane. Set a record,
11 lost
2 won
2 shots at goal
23 goals conceded
just 5 saves.
But David, me & Raj were just laughing away at Wei Ming. Didn't even care about the results much. & I think today was still the best soccer session ever. Played up for WeiMing & nearly scored, but it was a flop really.
Nah, it wasn't really that bad.

My 200th post if I had not accidentally delete my Google account.
& to commemorate my stupidity, here's something interesting...
This is how guys walk girls home in reality.
This is from Bitter Virgin, a very sad yet romantic manga (I've become gayish suddenly)
ESPN made quite the blunder when it said in a match report that Robert Enke belonged to Bayer 04 Leverkusen. I bravely sent an email to them, correcting their mistake. I'm sadden that Soccernet seems to belittle the Bundesliga somewhat. All the headlines tend to be about Spanish, Italian or English clubs, EVEN FRENCH???. Too little respect is given to the likes of Bayern Munich, Werder Bremen, Schlake 04 etc.
This year marks the 9th year that I'm a Bayern fan. I feel like I've come a long way since then. I still remember the first match I watched, Bayern 1-2 Man. Utd. I was so sadden but as the years go by, I realise what it really means to be a fan. I supported them when they crashed out in 2000, roared with delight as the took down the Red Devils on route to glory in 2001, screamed in disbelief as they lost to Liverpool & Real Madrid...etc
It's been a long rough journey for a Singaporean Bayern fan.
Ciao

Seriously, football brings the world together. Though certain clubs dominate the scene, like those in the above photo, it really does bring everybody closer.
Monday's soccer was awesome. My team of David "BeckHam", Raj, Me, Brandon & Gabriel (OMGlah) won 4 matches straight after winning one at the start & losing 2 after that. Was my best day really. & I've learnt it's important to believe in others, especially when it really looks bleak.
By the way, the above picture is my design. Credits to Bundesliga, UEFA & other sources scattered across Google which contributed the photos.
Comments!!
& Ciao people
I'm not exactly a Liverpool fan, I just like Steven Gerard when he plays. But it disgusted me when I hear Liverpool had beated United 2-1 by an own goal. An utterly unbelievable Van der Sar howler lead to the ball being punched into the shin of Wes Brown and tada...1-1 & Tevez's goal seems useless.Babel sealed the Reds win with a decent effort on goal. Nice work honestly.
Typical Bayern lead Luca Toni out & in the span of 7 minutes...2-0 against Koln. & RhineEnergie Stadium was in an uproar when Poldolski the Prinz of Koln came on and scored one more in 90+3min.
Liverpool head to Marseillies while Man Utd enertain Villareal (the side that once sent the Red Devils crashing out in the Group stages some seasons ago). Bayern face off with Steau Bukarest after a season's exile from the elite European competition.
Ciao. & Good luck.

It's smack middle of the blue of my Prelim 2 but still took time off to watch the second movie of Bleach. This is the plot...
An artifact known as the "King's Seal" is stolen during transport from Soul Society by an unidentified Soul Reaper and two arrancar girls who control fire and lighting. Tōshirō Hitsugaya seems to recognize the Soul Reaper, who stabs him in the stomach, and abandons his post to pursue him. Seireitei suspects him of treason and orders his immediate capture, with the possibility of disbanding the 10th Division should he be guilty.
Tōshirō is found unconscious by Ichigo, who knows that Soul Society is looking for him. Tōshirō refuses to explain what's happening, but Ichigo is attacked by the two arrancar before he can force the issue. Tōshirō continues to avoid capture, and things only look worse when the Soul Reaper thief, identified as Sōjirō Kusaka, uses Hitsugaya's Hyōrinmaru to injure Shunsui Kyōraku. Tōshirō's capture is made top priority, and his execution is approved if he resists.
Tōshirō eventually manages to track Sōjirō down, where it is revealed that the two managed to manifest the same zanpakutō. Because this is a taboo in Soul Society, they were forced to fight to the death. Tōshirō did not wish to and accidentally freezes Kusaka in the proceeding fight it is decided that Tōshirō was winner and Sōjirō was apparently killed, only to reincarnate in Hueco Mundo. Seeking revenge on Soul Society, he stole the King's Seal, which allows the user to freely manipulate time, space, and matter within a small space. Using it, Sōjirō teleports Tōshirō and himself to Soul Society, needing the power of Tōshirō's bankai to break the seal. When Tōshirō refuses, Sōjirō breaks the seal himself, becoming a dragon made of ice. However, because he lacks the control Tōshirō possesses, the power goes berserk and threatens to destroy Soul Society. With much help, Ichigo and Tōshirō manage to destroy Sōjirō's dragon form. Returned to his regular form, Sōjirō and Tōshirō have one last clash, ending in Sōjirō's defeat. Tōshirō is cleared of all charges and the King's Seal is restored, allowing Tōshirō to finally put his past to rest.
I know Wikipedia isn't reliable but I've watched the movie so I approve of this synopsis.
This is the movie trailer which they used scenes from the Movie in the anime's opener. Song is After Dark by Asian KungFu Generation.
New blog song, "Rock of Light" (光のロック, Hikari no Rokku) by Sambomaster. Quite nice actually.
& now back to chionging for next week!

I haven't got a clue why but my previous post wasn't published. Anyways smack after 2 days of Prelims. Geography was a 50-50 thing while Chemistry Paper 3 was doable(HOPE I PASS MAN) while Economics Essay was a bummer. Didn't finish a single essay. All without conclusions & 5b was without a rebuttal point. Sian...
On to football...
Philipp Lahm will win a 50th international cap at the age of 24 years and ten months. To put that achievement into perspective, the three most-capped players in German football history, Lothar Matthäus, Jürgen Klinsmann and Jürgen Kohler, had reached 36, 12, and 32 caps respectively at the same age. It could even have been more for Lahm had he not missed the whole of 2005 with injury. “Obviously I’m delighted,” the defender observed, “it’s not the kind of thing you achieve in passing. Naturally, the best thing would be for us to win the game too.“
This left-back will surely outstrip even mighty Lothar Matthäus who had 150 caps to his name. Totally awesome!
Math tommorrow, time to go all out!

"Another Horror?"
Once again cinematics dominate my post. Flagship Studios, once part of Blizzard, had done a brilliant job. Although I won't recommend the online multiplayer gaming due to severe bug issues. But the cinematics were once again all inspiring.
Pride often blinds us, leading us into a dangerous pretence that we are immortal & undeniably powerful. & yet a simple game illustrates to us how incompetently wrong we are in beliving in our pride.
One should realise that retribution is always waiting for you. Don't let pride cloud your thoughts & lead you to eternal destruction. I dedicate this post to someone I know who simply adores antagonising others. His/her acts are noticibly childish, prideful & arrogant. It is unwise to incur the wrath of people who want to be left alone my child. Before you regret, your should stop now.
& of course keeping in line with my current Warcraft blog theme, I give you the Legacy of the Damned, Arthas is crowned Lich King. This is not the actual title, but unfortunately my memory has failed me.
Arthas entered the hollow glacier and beheld a winding pinnacle chained to the ice. As he strode up the stairs towards his destiny, towards his end , the voices of those he had forsaken flooded through his mind. He heard his mentors Muradin Bronzebeard & Uther as well as his love Jaina calling out to him, yet he ignored them, continuing his ascent. Finally, he reached the pinnacle and before him he saw an icy cask. Inside was a suit of armour, arranged as if seated on a massive throne. Now only one voice spoke to him...
Return the blade...complete the circle...release me from this prison!
With a great cry of strength, Arthas brought Frostmourne to bear against the Lich King's icy prison & with a haunting scream, the Frozen Throne exploded, and shards of the crystal scattered on the ground. With Ner’zhul’s thorny helm at his feet, Arthas leaned forward, picked it up, & placed the unimaginably powerful artifact on his head.
"Now," Ner'zhul's voice echoed within his mind, "we are one!"
In that moment, Ner'zhul & Arthas' spirits fused into a single mighty being, just as the Lich King had always planned. Arthas as a single being ceased to exist, now one half of one of the most powerful entities Azeroth had ever known.
With that, the outer wall of Icecrown fell away, and only the single pinnacle remained. The Lich King sat silently upon the shattered throne, stared out across his new kingdom, still as a statue, and waited...
& to think that he was a weapon of good & pure. He fought to save his people & yet even in the end, they left him. To save his people, he had to destroy Stratholme & its inhabitants. Uther horrified & Jaina confused by his actions, deserted him. & there the seed of his destiny germinated.
How far do you allow madness to consume you?
When you see videos like this, the only thing you can ever ask yourself is how? How in the world do they do this? How in the world was this even possible. To animate a frost wyrm like that is impossible. To animate a being like the Lich King is insanely unthinkable. The magic moment in Tuesday’s meeting between Bayern Munich and a Germany XI, a match held in tribute to Oliver Kahn, came when veteran referee Markus Merk whistled for a substitution on 75 minutes. The Allianz Arena lights were dimmed, star tenor Paul Potts sang ‘A Time to Say Goodbye’, and one of the greatest goalkeepers the world has ever seen said a final farewell to his adoring Munich public. "Pure Horror"
& yet they did it. Well done to Blizzard Entertainment.
I went and deleted most of my posts as I believe that blogging should not be just a diary of daily activities, but rather penning(typing) of thoughts.
So this week is my one week holiday after which is Prelim 2. & I've quite discovered a side that I never knew. Much like Ichigo's inner hollow, my inner self is also totally different from what I'm usually like. If you read my Inner Hollow post, you would understand. If not, let me tell you a story.
As many would have known, I have a low standing in my class which was quite alright really. But they incurred my wrath when I found out about some issues, childish & yet true somewhat. As well as things which were totally unfounded, in my eyes. & so I swore to make them pay, I sought revenge, I sought retribution upon these miserable people. I wanted them to feel my pain. & then came Monday...
"I'm surprised Shaz"
"Why?"
"You passed the ball to Brandon"
"My teammate what. Summore he so in front. Good positioning"
"He your team summore!!"
"Daryl pick him onelah"
"I thought you wanted to rembak him if he ever stepped into the court"
& then it struck me. Did I really seek what I mentioned earlier. I realised that subconsiously, I was being totally friendly with him. In school it was like if he got hit by a car, I would be all "don't make your problem my problem". In that court however, I was being totally nice, even striking up stupid conversations with him. I was treating him how I usually did, give him the look...let him run up like siau...throw the ball to him & scream at him if he lost it 1s later.
Do I really know myself? Did I even realise my inner hollow, my nicer self, had prevented me from inflicting pain upon him? Did I realise that I was treating him like a friend.
No I did not.
"& a hero says goodbye"
With the Bayern and Germany players forming a guard of honour, the long-serving club captain took the stadium microphone to thank the crowd and hail “one of the greatest, most emotional moments in my long career.”
THe game itself featured Bastian Schweinsteiger playing for and captained a Germany side also including former FCB men Piotr Trochowski and Marcell Jansen, although current German internationals Lukas Podolski, Philipp Lahm, Tim Borowski and Miroslav Klose all appeared in red & white.
The former Bayern number one’s every save, punched cross and even goal-kick was greeted with a mighty cheer from the packed house of 69 000, and the three-time world goalkeeper of the year showed three months out of the game had not dimmed his reflexes with a series of heroic saves.
Though the game ended 1-1 when Piotr Trochowski fired home a Bastian pass while Klose pulled one back, the scoreline didn't matter. This was a game about a legend, a hero of Germany. He who single-handedly led Germany to 2nd place in the 2002 World Cup. He who inspired Bayern to Champions League glory in 2001. No, Oliver Kahn will never be rivalled. He would go down in football folklore as a goalkeeping hero.
Bayern Munich Kahn (Rensing 75) – Lahm (Stierle 75), Breno, Lell, Oddo (Heinze 75) – Van Bommel (Ottl 46), Ze Roberto, Sosa, Borowski – Toni (Klose 46), Podolski
Germany XI Enke (Wiese 46) – Jansen (Pander 46) , Metzelder, Tasci (Westermann 46), Fritz (Hinkel 46) – Rolfes (Hitzelsperger 46), Marin, Schweinsteiger, Trochowski – Helmes, Gomez (Kuranyi 46)
Yes, he is truly an inspiration for millions across the world.
